Welcome to LoreMark. LoreMark is an online webnovel reading service operated by Tran Manh Tien, an individual (trading as LoreMark Ebooks), 59/17/17 Nguyen Thi Can, Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, in-browser reader, and mobile applications, you enter into an agreement with us and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Payment providers. You can pay through one of the following checkouts, shown when you buy:

• PayPal: For orders paid with PayPal, Tran Manh Tien, an individual is the seller and PayPal processes the payment and recurring billing under PayPal's User Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property & License

Works identified as original LoreMark works, together with the LoreMark name, website, and software, are the property of LoreMark. Other webnovel texts, cover art, and illustrations remain the property of their respective authors, publishers, or licensors. Public-domain works are identified as such, and works published under a Creative Commons or other license are credited to their authors and remain subject to the terms of that license, as shown on each title's page. LoreMark grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read published chapters for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Automated scraping, bulk extraction, reproduction, redistribution, or mirroring of novel texts and R2 extracts is strictly prohibited and subject to technical mitigation, IP banning, and account termination.

2. AI-Assisted Novel Creation

LoreMark embraces modern storytelling technologies while maintaining full transparency with our readership. Original titles created with the assistance of artificial intelligence are explicitly identified with an “AI-assisted” badge on their title details pages. Titles without this badge are not AI-generated.

3. Reading Coins & Virtual Goods

LoreMark offers virtual reading credits (“Coins”) that can be acquired to unlock advance releases, purchase premium chapters, or acquire completed novel buyout licenses:

• Virtual Nature: Coins are virtual digital items licensed to your account. Coins have no real-world monetary value, have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, do not constitute legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash or any other physical asset.
• Non-Transferable: Coins are tied strictly to your registered LoreMark account and may not be sold, gifted, bartered, or transferred to any other account.
• Validity & Expiration: Purchased (“Paid”) coins never expire for the lifetime of an active account. Promotional, referral, or VIP bonus coins (“Bonus Coins”) expire at the end of each recurring billing cycle as specified at the time of grant.
• Consumption: When spending coins, promotional bonus coins with the nearest expiration date are automatically consumed first before purchased paid coins.
• Refund Eligibility: Purchases are refundable as described in our Refund Policy (30-day refund guarantee; coins already spent on unlocked content are deducted).

4. VIP Membership Pass & Subscriptions

The LoreMark VIP Pass is an auto-renewing subscription processed securely by the payment provider you choose at checkout (PayPal), available on monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) terms. Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location:

• Perks: Active VIP subscribers receive unlimited in-app and in-browser reading access to all released public catalog chapters, a 20% discount on advance chapter unlocks (8 coins instead of 10 coins), and a recurring allotment of 100 bonus reading coins each billing period.
• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle to your specified payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile Settings or through the management link in your payment receipt email or your payment provider's billing dashboard (PayPal). Cancellation stops future billing, and your benefits remain active through the conclusion of your paid period.

5. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Limits

To prevent automated web scraping, data harvesting, server degradation, and account sharing abuse, user reading is subject to a fair-use ceiling of 200 full chapters per rolling 24-hour period. Accounts exceeding this threshold will receive temporary rate limit restrictions until the usage window resets. Repeated attempts to bypass reading limits using multiple bots or automated scripts will lead to permanent account suspension.

6. Web Preview & Platform Gating

LoreMark provides complimentary preview access to early chapters on the web. Full reading access beyond initial sample chapters is accessible by unlocking chapters with Reading Coins, holding an active VIP Pass, or reading via the official LoreMark mobile application.

7. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not share your account or use another user's credentials without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose; to commit fraud or send spam; to infringe the intellectual property of LoreMark, its authors or licensors; or to interfere with the security or operation of the service, including malware, probing, vulnerability scanning, or scraping.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations such as scraping and account sharing. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.

10. Payments, Taxes & Disputes

All payments are processed by PayPal as described above. Please contact us or your payment provider about any billing issue before opening a dispute with your card issuer. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

Platform infrastructure and communications are facilitated by trusted providers, including Cloudflare (CDN, Workers, R2 storage, edge protection), PayPal (payment processing, tax and billing), and Google (identity authentication and transactional email for account verification). 12. AI Companion Disclaimer

The AI Companion answers questions about the books you are reading. Answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for entertainment and reading assistance only. You are responsible for the questions you submit; do not submit unlawful or infringing content. We may moderate or limit AI use that violates these Terms.

13. Service Availability, Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoreMark Ebooks and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
