Refund & Cancellation Policy

LoreMark Ebooks is operated by Tran Manh Tien, an individual. Orders paid with PayPal are sold and refunded directly by us. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back.

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may request a refund of any purchase (VIP subscription payment or other paid order) within 30 days of the order date. Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method.

2. VIP Membership Cancellation

• Cancel anytime: You may cancel future automatic renewals at any time from your Profile Settings or through the links in your payment receipt email or your payment provider's billing dashboard (PayPal).
• Access through cycle end: After cancellation your VIP status stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Renewal charges: If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, request a refund within 30 days of that charge and it will be refunded in full.

3. Reading Coins & Unlocked Content

Coins are reading credits with no cash value. Within the 30-day window, a purchased coin pack is refundable for any coins that remain unspent. Coins that have already been spent to unlock chapters or novels have been delivered and are deducted from the refund, and refunding a purchase removes the related coins from your balance. Promotional and VIP bonus coins are free of charge and carry no refund value.

4. Faulty or Unavailable Service

If a purchase did not work as described, for example paid content cannot be accessed or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you, even outside the 30-day window. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

5. How to Request a Refund
